LAWN SALE and CRAFT FAIR

INFORMATION AND RULES

 Saturday, Sept 14, 2024 from 9 AM to 2 PM

Union Fair Grounds, Union

   Designated Space: Vendors are expected to supply their own tent/shelter, tables, chairs or other display equipment or material needed. All displays should be confined to the 12 x 12 space, with vendors selling out of one side of the space. Tents MUST be appropriately weighted for the safety of all. Union is notorious for sudden strong gusts of wind!

   Parking: There will be a vendor-only parking section on the grounds. Please inform us if you have mobility issues so we can better accommodate you.

   Set-up: will be from 6-8:30 AM on Saturday, Sept. 14.  Volunteers will be on hand to direct you to set up and parking areas. We recommend that you stop, drop off equipment and supplies, Park and then set-up the booth space. We have limited space near the vendor area. All vehicles must be clear of the display area 15 minutes prior to opening.

   Tear down: No one will be allowed to tear down until after 2 PM, unless given permission by the event coordinator.

   No pets are allowed on the grounds during a public event. Pets cannot be left in a car at any time. Only ADA certified animals can be on the grounds.

   No firearms can be on the grounds during a public event.

   Smoking is not allowed near the vendor selling areas or in any public spaces. For example: bathrooms, eating areas, etc.

Union Fair reserves the right to remove any patrons or vendors not complying with the rules listed above.

FYI: There will be food vendors at the event.
